So its dark, cold and miserable here today. Its been raining since I don't know when last night. We have huge puddles in our drive way and my porch was nothing but muddy clay this morning from the kids. On a good note that means my garden is getting the moisture it needs, on a bad note...so are the weeds!! LOL...
Anyhoo...the buns I made last night are all gone!! Yes it was only a dozen but they are gone!! Sadly its only because the dear hubby took them to work to share with the guys at coffee break, not because we ate them all ourselves..that's okay..that's what a bread machine is for..pop in the ingredients and poof in no time you have dough...easy peasy!!
So I was sitting here this morning playing one of my computer games and I could hear water dripping. Yes of course you say, like hello its raining outside!! HeHe yup that was my first thought...but then I listened a bit more...oh my that's coming from the laundry room....ah crap!! So I dash to the laundry room to see that my washer had danced almost out the door and the drain hose dangling in the air with it draining all over my floor!! OH NO!!
So I have a washer dancing across the room and draining everywhere but where its supposed to and water dripping down the heat vent, and 4 little dogs investigating the goings on...and of course there is no dirty laundry(its actually caught up) to sop up the mess..so I have to run to the hall closet and grab clean(yes clean) towels to soak up all this water before it all ends up in my basement..yeesh!
Its all cleaned up and the washer is back in its spot, but now I have towels to wash...but hey at least the floor is clean!!

A bit about my dogs...
I just don't know what to do, I am trying to think of what to write in the blog that would keep people coming back everyday to see whats new and I just can't think of a thing.
Here I am, female, over 30(lol), have three kids, 6 dogs(4 doxies) and a great husband. So where do I start!!
How about with house training stubborn dogs...yeesh!! That is almost impossible(almost as hard as house training kids);) Our 4 doxies are all female, two are 11 months(Foxie, Roxie) and the other two are 9 months(Peanut, Buttercup), and they are the most adorable things you have ever seen!!
They are mini so they do not get very big at all. After they are let out of their kennel in the morning to go outside for their morning 'romp', they come back inside and rip around the house....kitchen to living room and back again...up the couch and around then back to the kitchen and around again...only then will they all stop to eat something. Never never pull out a blanket while they are around either or you will find your self with little furry bed mates as well...great if you are cold as they are little furnaces..not so great in the heat of the day when they all want to sit on your lap for cuddles.
we also have Tippy who is a black lab/collie cross and Teara who is a basset hound, both are outside dogs. We live on a small acreage so they both have lots of room to romp. The only problem with that is we are only a mile from town so the basset Teara thinks that all the people in town are her friends so she did alot of visiting until we had to tie her up when we were not around..now she has a kennel for her exercise.
Tippy just barks at coyotes all night, or races vehicles as they drive by the yard. I say races because she and the neighbour dog run in the ditch as the cars are driving by and stop when the car passes them, then they turn around and trot back to the yard for a bit of food and sleep until the next vehicle chooses our road to travel down.
I have to go for now, buns need to be shaped, muffins need to be made and a garden is begging for weeds to be pulled. The man is outside with the kids spreading grass seed...will it all get done tonite? Nope it will not, but there is another day coming that has a few time slots open and ready..so it will all get scheduled in and done eventually!! As my hubby says "tomorrow never comes so don't put off what can be done today" TTYL!!
